Custom Interior Makeover for Hillside Home in Anchorage, AK
The homeowners wanted to sell their single-family house in Anchorage, Alaska. The project included updated staging/styling, furniture selections, decor accents, and soft goods.
The Problem/Issue:
The homeowners needed an interior makeover to sell their home for top dollar.
Our Solution:
I met with the homeowners to identify their objectives and any issues they wanted to resolve. The primary reason for the makeover was to declutter and transform the home for targeted homebuyers. I developed a cohesive interior makeover plan that included styling, furniture/artwork/decor item placement—using existing and newly purchased items to create maximum visual impact. I coordinated with the homeowner, real estate agent, and custom home builder to provide specific directions to meet the objectives. In the end interior makeover was warm, inviting, and appealing. The perfect solution for the homeowners made the real estate listing look like a million bucks. And it sold for over that too!
