  3. Do you offer virtual consultations? Yes, our initial consultation can be done on the phone or via video (FaceTime). When possible, we prefer to see your space in person to accurately assess your interior needs.

  4. How do I schedule a consultation? The best approach is to send us a project inquiry from our contact page. After we review your submission, a team member will contact you to schedule your consultation.

Process & Pricing

  1. What is your style or process? We create Stylish, Approachable, Supportive, and Singular (SASS-y) spaces. We work with you to identify your new interior space, whether modern or contemporary. Learn more about our SASS-y process.

  2. How do you charge for your services? We charge a flat fee for our professional services based on the scope of work and your interior needs. A typical interior project costs between $5,000 and $30,000, excluding interior decor and furniture.

  3. Are there any hidden costs? No. Our estimates include a flat fee for our professional services. All decor or furniture items for client projects that are purchased by us will be marked up by thirty (30) percent.

  4. What is your typical project timeline? Each project is unique based on your interior needs and project requirements. A typical one or two-room project from the initial consultation to the completion could take up to 2-3 months.

Client Experience

  1. Do you work with specific vendors or can I choose my own? We select vendors for each project based on the scope of work required. Yes, You have the option to choose your vendor or sub-contractor.

  2. Do you offer any guarantees? Our goal is to complete every project on time and within budget. You will be notified in writing about any project or vendor delays, inventory, pricing, or shipping issues. Check out our service agreement with details about our client relationship with you, terms and conditions.

Design Store

  1. What is your return policy? Due to the custom nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for size or color.

  2. Exceptions:

    • Carrier Errors & Invalid Addresses: If your order is returned to us due to a carrier error (e.g., incorrect address, failed delivery attempts) or an invalid address provided by you, we will attempt to reship your order at your expense.

    • Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order. We may request photographic evidence of the damage or defect. You can then choose between a replacement or a full refund for the affected item(s).

    • Order Not Received: If you have not received your order within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue and assist you in resolving it.
